Theta is hiring a Lead Solution Designer for its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central team in Auckland. The role leads solution architecture and design for complex implementations, works with customers to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and integrations, provides hands-on leadership across AL development, extensions, and integrations, drives modern engineering practices, and mentors consultants and developers. The position requires experience as a Solution Architect or senior technical lead in Dynamics 365 Business Central, along with expertise in AL, Azure, integrations, Power Platform, AI-driven development, and CI/CD. It offers a hybrid model with at least two office days per week and fully subsidised medical insurance for employees.
