Custom Agri Systems is hiring a Lead Millwright / Foreman in Belmont, Wisconsin to lead and supervise millwright crews performing agricultural equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance. The role includes planning and delegating work, reading blueprints and technical manuals, performing assembly, alignment, welding, and troubleshooting, ensuring safety compliance, communicating with clients and project managers, preparing job quotes, tracking costs, ordering materials, and training apprentices and crew members. Candidates need at least five years of millwright experience, including two years in a leadership or supervisory role, along with mechanical, welding, troubleshooting, blueprint-reading, communication, and cost-tracking skills.
