Description
The Exploration Company is hiring a Lead Mission Assurance Engineer to lead its Mission Assurance team and own the end-to-end safety, reliability, and flight-readiness strategy for spacecraft. The role covers vehicle safety architecture, flight reliability, FMECA/FTA/PRA/RAM analyses, fault management and FDIR, on-console anomaly resolution, corrective actions, and mentoring approximately six mission assurance engineers. The ideal candidate has a master’s degree, at least eight years of RAMS, mission assurance, or systems safety experience on complex hardware, and expertise in spacecraft systems, reliability tools, and fault tolerance. The position offers relocation assistance and visa sponsorship where applicable.
