ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Restoration Crew Chief in Hartford, Connecticut, to lead residential and commercial fire and water damage restoration projects. The role coordinates on-site operations, supervises restoration technicians and staff laborers, ensures quality workmanship and project documentation, trains team members, and handles customer communication. Candidates need previous restoration experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, the ability to travel and lift 50+ pounds, and Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) IICRC. Compensation is $26–$30 per hour, negotiable based on experience, with overtime, health, dental, vision, life, retirement, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
