Paul Davis Restoration is hiring a Mitigation Technician to respond to emergency calls and perform water extraction, smoke and fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and structural restoration. The role also includes documenting work, maintaining job-site safety, providing customer service, maintaining equipment and vehicles, working rotating on-call shifts, and mentoring newer technicians. Applicants need a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to lift 5–100 pounds, and the ability to pass background and drug screening; bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus. The position pays $21.00–$24.00 per hour and includes health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits.
