Mayflower is hiring a Lead ML Engineer to own a new machine-learning stream focused on delivering applied ML solutions across product and business domains. The role combines hands-on model development with end-to-end technical delivery, including requirements clarification, experimentation, implementation, integration, deployment, production rollout, and coordination of Data Scientists and ML Engineers. It requires strong Python, machine-learning, SQL, API, pipeline, Docker, and production-deployment experience, along with the ability to translate product problems into technical plans and manage delivery risks.
