Honeywell Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Lead MMIC Design Engineer for its MMIC Technology Center in Richardson, Texas. The role develops advanced GaN and GaAs RF monolithic microwave integrated circuits for ground and airborne radar, electronic warfare, and space applications from L-band through above Ka-band. Responsibilities include architecture and feasibility studies, package concept development, modeling and simulation, customer design reviews, foundry mask release, manufacturing and test readiness, laboratory validation and device characterization, technical reporting, cross-functional collaboration, vendor coordination, IR&D support, and applying development-life-cycle standards and processes.
