Description
The Senior Building Engineer leads preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and quality assurance for commercial building systems. The role oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, fire and life safety, and utility systems; maintains building logs and records; supports engineering team members; and ensures compliance with safety, code, and facility policies. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, at least five years of commercial building maintenance or building engineering experience, and at least two years leading maintenance teams or serving in a senior building engineer capacity are required.
