Description
Access is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to split time between writing and shipping production software and leading engineering teams. The role manages up to two engineering streams of up to eight engineers, owns architecture and engineering standards, coaches and develops engineers, supports incident management and continuous improvement, and embeds AI-enabled engineering practices. Candidates need strong full-stack software engineering experience, cloud and containerization expertise, leadership experience, and familiarity with AI development tools.
