Sedaro is hiring a full-time Lead Modeling & Simulation Engineer to work in person in Arlington, Virginia. The role focuses on developing high-fidelity simulation software and analysis tools, validating models against real-world data, conducting large-scale multi-simulation studies using cloud compute, reviewing code, and supporting technical stakeholder meetings. The position requires at least three years of applicable engineering experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, software development and simulation experience, and the ability to obtain a TS security clearance. Compensation is $115,000–$160,000 plus equity and bonus, with medical insurance fully paid by the employer.
