HoneyBook is hiring a hands-on Lead Motion Designer to own motion production end-to-end, from concept and script through animation and launch. The role focuses on ads, tutorials, product videos, and brand moments; building AI-native workflows with tools such as Weave, Krea, and Midjourney; directing freelance motion artists; connecting motion work to marketing, product, and engineering goals; and establishing scalable studio systems. Candidates should have 7+ years of hands-on motion graphics and creative direction, a portfolio spanning script-to-screen, live-action, and 3D, strong craft and taste, full-stack motion capability, an AI-fluent mindset, and strategic storytelling skills.
