Magellan is hiring a Lead .NET AI Developer to design and optimize scalable .NET software architectures, integrate Generative AI and machine learning services such as Azure AI, OpenAI, and ML.NET, and provide technical leadership to development teams. The role includes mentoring, code reviews, architecture standards, DevOps, CI/CD, quality, security, and innovation activities. It requires at least five years of .NET development experience, team-management or team-support experience, proficiency in relevant technologies, and mandatory English proficiency. The position offers agency or telework up to two days per week, with no client travel.
