Devoteam Morocco is hiring an experienced .NET Lead to lead .NET development on strategic banking-sector projects. The role includes technical design and architecture, developer management, stakeholder collaboration, code reviews, performance optimization, DevOps practices, technical documentation, and monitoring of the .NET ecosystem. Candidates need a computer engineering degree or equivalent, at least 10 years of .NET development experience, at least 2 years as a Tech Lead or .NET Lead, strong C# and ASP.NET expertise, microservices knowledge, database and DevOps proficiency, cloud experience, and banking-sector knowledge. The position is on-site in Casablanca.
