Description
The role manages and supports network, server, security, desktop, and voice communications infrastructure; coordinates IT projects; provides end-user and help-desk support; maintains availability, performance, capacity, backups, disaster recovery, and security controls; and leads a team. It requires 5+ years of network and systems administration experience, 1+ years of managerial or leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong knowledge of Windows Server and data communication protocols. The position may require international and domestic travel and works in a standard office or manufacturing environment.
