Description

L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Networking Systems Engineer in Salt Lake City, Utah, to provide technical leadership for systems engineering on the Cascade program. The role leads networking system designs, system integration, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, customer and internal-team support, and technical briefings, with travel of 4–6 times per year. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and at least 7 years, or 13 years without a degree, plus an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and at least 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of related experience without a degree.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 9 years of prior relevant experience for bachelor’s-degree candidates.
At least 7 years of prior related experience for graduate-degree candidates.
At least 13 years of prior related experience for candidates without a degree.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with servers, multiplexers, routers, switches, and COMSEC devices.
Troubleshooting experience at the LRU and CCA level.
Strong computer hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Experience with TeamCenter, SAP, SAPME, ProPricer, DOORS, Jira, Visio, or Excel.
Networking experience and knowledge of networking protocols.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to lead technical discussions across multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with engineering, program management, and operations.
