Description
The Lead Nightshift Manager leads a small team of overnight managers, manages replenishment and key trading activities, oversees people management and employee relations, and takes full accountability for store operations, health and safety, and performance during overnight shifts. The role requires experience managing managers in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, improving KPIs, handling complex people matters, and leading operational change. It is a full-time overnight role covering four nights, typically 22:00–08:00, with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary and additional benefits.
