Description
The Digital API team is hiring a hands-on Lead Node.js Developer in Dallas, Texas, for a long-term contract of 12+ months. The role owns greenfield domain-driven microservices from architecture through production, including service boundaries, APIs, event streams, CI/CD, observability, and incident response. The developer will lead engineers by example, collaborate across teams, communicate risks and outcomes to leadership, and improve engineering practices through code reviews, mentoring, and documentation. The position requires 8+ years of backend engineering experience, 3+ years of technical leadership, and expert Node.js/TypeScript and microservices expertise.
