Description
NEXTON is hiring a Lead Node.js Developer in Lille on a permanent contract. The role leads a squad of 5 to 6 developers, coaches their growth, aligns the team with project objectives, and ensures development practices such as code reviews, pair programming, and automated testing. The developer will design and develop high-performance features with React and Node.js, participate in technical architecture decisions, oversee code quality, translate business needs into technical solutions, and contribute to Agile ceremonies and process improvements. The position requires five years of Node.js experience, knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, serverless environments, CI/CD, Git, AWS, and quality practices, along with natural leadership and communication skills.
