Munich Electrification is hiring a Lead NPI & PLM Implementation Engineer to lead the selection, deployment, and adoption of an enterprise-grade Product Lifecycle Management system. The role covers PLM configuration, BOM and component management, product configuration control, supplier and production partner management, industrialization planning, design for manufacturing, and series-production handover. Candidates need at least five years of PLM or configuration-management experience, Windchill or PDM experience, familiarity with manufacturing and testing, supplier-management experience, and a degree in electrical or automotive engineering or a related technical field. The position offers hybrid work and the option to work from anywhere for six weeks per year.
