Description
PruittHealth is hiring a hybrid Lead Nurse Practitioner to develop and lead its Nurse Practitioner program for the I-SNP Medicare Advantage plan. The role includes establishing protocols, recruiting, training, and leading NPs; coordinating care across long-term care settings; supporting quality assurance, care plans, documentation audits, EHR and data reporting, and clinical quality initiatives. The position is primarily remote with travel to the corporate office and skilled nursing facilities, and requires at least five years of relevant clinical Nurse Practitioner experience, long-term care experience, and an accredited NP master’s degree.
