The role functions as a Nursing Service Manager, directing the professional, organizational, and personnel leadership of the nursing department; developing staff; administering care-level coding and management; creating and monitoring shift planning; ensuring compliance with MDK/QPR; serving as the primary contact for residents, relatives, employees, and partners; and procuring nursing-care resources.
