Description
EverOps is hiring a remote Lead Observability Engineer to lead an embedded technical pod for a high-scale consumer mobile platform. The role assesses the current multi-vendor observability estate, validates telemetry volumes and quality, models total cost of ownership, designs an AWS-native OpenTelemetry architecture, and leads the migration of pipelines, dashboards, alerts, and ownership tagging. The engineer will also define OpenTelemetry conventions, support compliance and data governance, and communicate technical and commercial tradeoffs to customer engineering leadership.
