Suno is hiring a Lead of ML Data Operations to build and lead a new function responsible for sourcing and developing data for its AI models. The role manages external data labeling vendors, partners with ML researchers and product and engineering teams, improves data collection, and establishes reliable data-sourcing systems and processes. It requires 6–8+ years of relevant experience, director-level leadership, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration, with a five-day work week at the designated Suno office and full-time benefits.
