Setka Cup is hiring a Lead of Operations - Beach Volleyball to own the end-to-end operational management of beach volleyball tournaments across all venues. The role covers calendar development, competition-rule compliance, team and player coordination, tournament-day execution, incident management, data accuracy, and post-tournament analysis, while also building scalable processes. Candidates need hands-on experience with beach volleyball tournaments or event operations, strong knowledge of competition rules, coordination skills, decision-making ability, Google Sheets or Excel proficiency, intermediate English, international experience, and the ability to work from the office.
