Description
CRED is hiring a Payments Growth Lead to own the end-to-end strategy, growth, economics, forecasting, reporting, and P&L for high-frequency, transactional payment categories. The role focuses on scaling active transacting members 2–3×, improving payment flows and trust, reducing friction, and balancing engagement with cost-to-serve and long-term sustainability. It requires cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, compliance, finance, and external ecosystem partners, with a focus on regulated payment rails and India-based consumer payments.
