STR’s RAID Group is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain real-time software for complex sensor hardware systems while applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and open-architecture standards. The role involves large-scale C/C++ software, software development pipelines, requirement analysis, system and software design documentation, peer reviews, and approximately 5% travel. Candidates need a relevant degree plus the specified years of experience, MBSE expertise, CAMEO or similar tool proficiency, and the ability to obtain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
