McKesson is hiring a Lead - Operational Strategy & Execution to drive strategic alignment, governance, portfolio visibility, and execution discipline across large-scale technology and business initiatives, particularly in the Data, Analytics and AI service area. The role translates organizational strategy into operating plans, KPIs, dashboards, financial reporting, and executive communications; partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams; and requires 10+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree, and experience in regulated or highly matrixed enterprise environments. It is a hybrid role requiring onsite attendance two days per week and may involve periodic travel.
