Home Instead is hiring a Lead Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across its domiciliary care services in Glastonbury, Taunton, and Yeovil. The role leads Care Managers and office teams, drives service performance and compliance with CQC regulations, develops future leaders, supports recruitment and retention, and contributes to business growth. The position requires proven domiciliary care leadership, strong operational and commercial awareness, people-management and coaching skills, knowledge of CQC compliance, a full UK driving license, and willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS. The salary is £55,000–£65,000 depending on experience, with holiday pay, pension, wellbeing support, learning, and progression opportunities.
