Description
The Production Supervisor leads a second-shift production team from 2:30 pm to 11 pm Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include resolving and escalating problems, documenting and training personnel, improving safety, quality, cost, and delivery, leading root-cause analysis, adjusting production and work assignments, supporting changeovers and setups, monitoring production boards, providing employee performance feedback, covering breaks and absences, maintaining accurate documentation, and enforcing safety protocols. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of production experience; clean-room manufacturing experience and three or more years of production or assembly experience are desired.
