Woodard & Curran is hiring a Lead Operator to support wastewater treatment operations for a food and beverage client in Crossville, Tennessee. The role oversees daily plant operations, process control, troubleshooting, sampling, laboratory analysis, equipment performance, compliance records, and coordination with regulatory or client representatives. The schedule is eight days on, six days off, mostly first shift, with 10-hour weekday days and 12-hour weekend and holiday days. Candidates need a high school degree or equivalent, a valid driver's license, at least five years of wastewater treatment operator and maintenance experience, and the ability to make sound process-control decisions and follow safety procedures.
