MjAMjAM is hiring a Lead Operator Picking to serve as the deputy to the Team Lead and personnel and operational interface within the team. The role drives team performance, identifies and solves problems, manages productivity and quality, monitors KPIs and company regulations, and coordinates cross-departmental campaigns. Candidates need order-picking and warehouse-logistics experience, technical familiarity with MDE devices and office software, a corridor-conveyor certificate and forklift license, strong communication skills, confident German, and ideally warehouse-logistics specialist training and people-leadership training.
