MjAMjAM is hiring a Lead Operator Warehouse Office to act as the deputy for the Team Lead and serve as the personnel and operational interface within the team. The role drives team performance, identifies and solves problems, manages productivity, quality, KPIs, and compliance, and coordinates cross-department campaigns. Candidates need warehouse-office and warehousing-logistics experience, MDE and office software skills, a domestic forklift license, strong communication, secure German, and ideally specialist warehousing-logistics training or employee-management training.
