Lead Optical Engineer at Exowatt

The role involves designing non-imaging Fresnel and secondary optics, building optical error budgets, automating ray-tracing and test procedures in Python or MATLAB, conducting on-sun testing, characterizing optical degradation, and validating manufacturing tolerances. Candidates need a master's or PhD in a relevant discipline, at least three years of industry experience, and hands-on optical-system experience.
