Description
Logitech is hiring an Optical Engineer for its C4C engineering team, focused on keyboards and mice. The role covers optical specifications, LED component selection, light-pipe design, joint development with ODM/JDM partners, optical EVT testing, and technical excellence from concept through mass production. Responsibilities include lighting and display validation, 2D tracking sensor evaluation, failure analysis, measurement-tool development, and cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, electrical, embedded software, and manufacturing teams. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering or a related technical discipline, at least five years of hands-on optical development experience in consumer electronics, and experience with optical lighting, LED engineering, color engineering, reliability engineering, optical measurement, and engineering methodologies.
