Description
Brillio is hiring a permanent Lead Full Stack Developer to lead the architecture, design, development, delivery, and production support of scalable cloud-native applications. The role requires 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience and expertise across React, TypeScript, backend languages such as Go, Java, Python, or Node.js, distributed systems, AWS, containerization, infrastructure automation, testing, observability, and security. The developer will mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, own end-to-end features, and collaborate with product, architecture, design, and business stakeholders across distributed Agile teams. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week at one of the listed locations.
