The role involves leading cross-disciplinary engineering teams through the entire system life cycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical integrity, and stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities include managing requirements, conducting risk management reviews, utilizing Model Based Systems Engineering, and collaborating with various architects to maintain consistency and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the full Systems Engineering lifecycle, strong leadership skills, proficiency in DOORS and MBSE, and a deep understanding of Avionic System engineering challenges.
