Description
XTIVIA is hiring a senior, hands-on Lead Oracle Database Architecture Engineer to lead architecture design, technical validation, a 3-month on-site Proof of Concept, and large-scale Oracle database migrations for a data modernization and platform refresh program. The role focuses on Oracle 19c high availability and disaster recovery using 2-node RAC, ASM, Oracle Grid Infrastructure, Active Data Guard, Data Guard Broker, GoldenGate, RMAN, and near-zero-downtime cutovers, along with NERC CIP and CIS security compliance, performance benchmarking, automation, documentation, and knowledge transfer. The position is contract or contract-to-hire, initially on-site in Taylor, Texas, with hybrid work during interim and steady-state phases; it requires 15+ years of experience, Oracle 19c OCP certification, United States citizenship, background checks, and NERC CIP onboarding.
