Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring an Export Order Management and Fulfilment Specialist to support customers throughout the export order lifecycle from order processing through shipment and delivery. Based at the Shared Service Center in Budapest, the role coordinates logistics partners, freight forwarders, factories, sales teams, and customers; monitors shipments; resolves shipping and delivery issues; maintains ERP and CRM records; and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of relevant export order, logistics, shipping coordination, or customer service experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential.
