OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Package Handler Lead in Reno, Nevada, to oversee the loading, unloading, sorting, scanning, routing, and inspection of packages in a warehouse distribution environment. The role trains and guides package handlers, monitors workflow and labor balance, enforces safety procedures, checks third-party drivers, and escalates operational issues. The position pays $21.50 per hour for a Tuesday–Saturday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM shift and requires at least one year of industry experience, with a high school diploma or GED and one year of leadership experience preferred.
