Cresco Labs is hiring a Cannabis Production Associate to measure, package, label, stage, and test cannabis products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role includes PWO creation, quality control, compliance labeling, sanitation, product transport, and team leadership, with a Monday–Thursday 4:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m. schedule. Applicants need at least one year of hands-on factory, production, or manufacturing experience, strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; plant material exposure and repetitive hand work are also required. The position pays $19–$19 USD and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
