Mattel is hiring a Lead Packaging Designer to lead packaging design for its Dolls portfolio from early ideation through final production. The role combines graphic design, packaging structure, 3D visualization, brand storytelling, AI-enabled creative tools, and cross-functional leadership with Product Design, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, and global production partners. The designer will develop brand visual identities, packaging guidelines, concepts, presentations, artwork, and production-ready assets while managing creative quality, timelines, costs, manufacturing, and retail considerations. The position requires 10+ years of professional packaging or graphic design experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, and a portfolio demonstrating packaging craft.
