Description
Pregis is hiring a full-time Lead Packer in its Quality department to lead Packers across multiple production lines. The role monitors packaging quality and production deliverables, enforces SOPs, tracks inventory and finished-goods flags, identifies defects, coordinates with QA inspectors and the Production Supervisor, trains Packers, and maintains shift handoffs. The position involves shift work, overtime, and physically demanding work including standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, and exposure to moving equipment and elevated heat and noise.
