Description
Pregis is hiring a full-time Lead Packer in its Quality department to lead Packers across multiple production lines and maintain packaging quality, SOP compliance, inventory accuracy, defect control, and production performance. The role reports to the Production Supervisor, collaborates with QA inspectors and other quality and operations personnel, trains Packers, conducts audits, manages shift handoffs, and may require overtime and weekend availability. The position involves standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, and working in a hot, humid, noisy manufacturing environment.
