The Lead Partner Success Implementation Engineer is an individual-contributor lead-level technical expert responsible for partner enablement, complex implementation projects, advanced troubleshooting, integrations, deployment architecture, technical standards, and cross-functional leadership across partner success, TAM, and implementation teams. The role requires 7+ years of relevant technical customer-facing experience, up to 20% regional travel, and follows NICE-FLEX with two office days and three remote days per week.
