Maryhaven is hiring a Lead Patient Care Assistant to hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Patient Care Assistants in its behavioral services program, maintain staff schedules, participate in on-call after-hours coverage, and help maintain unit safety, maintenance, and rules. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience; an associate degree and CDCA or equivalent are preferred.
