Description
The Lead Infusion Center Patient Care Coordinator will coordinate and supervise scheduling and registration activities in the MVH Infusion Center at Miami Valley South. The role manages accurate appointments, registration and billing data, patient-experience protocols, work queues, and process improvement, while independently planning staff workdays and handling complex questions. It requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of scheduling experience, strong clinical knowledge, and 1–3 years of job-related experience; an associate degree is preferred.
