Description
The Lead Payment Integrity Systems Specialist is a senior individual contributor and enterprise-level subject-matter expert responsible for Payment Integrity systems, platform governance, analytics, financial reporting, and operational visibility. The role leads cross-platform analysis, sets technical and operating standards, supports platform change management, governs incidents and releases, advises leadership, and provides technical leadership and coaching to Payment Integrity Systems Specialists. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant healthcare technology experience, advanced SQL and analytics skills, and expertise in payment integrity systems, claims data, data governance, financial reporting, and release readiness. The position offers a pay range of $87,000 to $161,300 per year and may be performed remotely, hybrid, in the field, or in an office.
