SpaceX is hiring a Lead PCB Designer for Starshield to build and lead a new printed circuit board design team. The role involves hiring and developing designers, setting project priorities, guiding electronic data management, and performing PCB stackup, component selection, placement, routing, documentation, and design-for-manufacture activities. The position requires an engineering bachelor’s degree, at least two years of PCB design experience, and at least one year leading teams or projects. Compensation is $135,000 to $195,000 per year, with additional benefits including medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life insurance, paid leave, and paid holidays.
