Covestro is hiring a PCT Lead Engineer to lead process control and instrumentation design for capital investment projects. The role covers design basis development, piping and instrumentation diagrams, control-system and electrical specifications, client requirements, project workflows, documentation, cost estimation, discipline coordination, functional and machinery safety, and commissioning and start-up support. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, at least 10 years of PCT design experience, knowledge of control systems and relevant GB and IEC codes, and fluency in English and Chinese.
