Klaviyo is hiring a Lead People Analytics Partner to serve as a strategic HRBP for people data, partnering with HRBPs, talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and talent, and business leaders. The role owns employee listening and workforce signal programs, translates people data into business decisions, builds self-serve dashboards and reporting, and supports compensation and performance cycles, headcount planning, data governance, and special projects. Candidates need at least 8 years of people analytics or related experience, strong SQL and BI skills, and a track record of influencing senior leadership decisions. The base salary range for U.S. locations is $124,000–$186,000 USD, with possible bonus, equity, and benefits.
